Getting Started

Welcome to Bridlepath! We are very happy to have you here, whether you're just visiting or are planning to be a part of our community. Below is a guide to help you get approved here on the Main Site to make joining our community easier for everybody!

Step 1 - Joining the Main Site

The very first step is to register on the Main Site! The Main Site is where your horses, stables and bank reside, along with hosted competitions. You will need a Main Site account if you want to play on Bridlepath. Register for the Main Site here.

• Your Sim Name must be in roleplay Firstname Lastname format, plaintext only (no emojis!). This must match your Discord and Forum name!
• You may upload an avatar for your profile. Here's an example that you are free to use. Please right click the image and save it, then upload it to imgur.com. Once uploaded, copy the DIRECT LINK and paste the link into the avatar URL field on your application. You can always change this later!
• We love to see fully fleshed out profiles, so please take your time to be creative with your biography and other characteristics!

Step 2a - Joining the Forum

This is entirely optional, but highly encouraged! The Bridlepath forum is host to many fun activities, horse sales, member shops and picture shows, along with being able to create your very own scrapbook to share your equestrian adventures with the community.

Step 2b - Joining the Discord Server

The second step, while optional, is to join our live chat. This is where most of the fun happens on Bridlepath! To sign up, click Join Now and thoroughly read the #rules once you join. Your display name must match your Main Site and Forum name!

Step 3 - Awaiting Approval

If you've carefully read and followed these instructions, it makes our job a lot easier, and you'll get approved much faster. When you have been approved, you should be able to successfully login to the Main Site. If you're having trouble getting approved, head over to the Discord server and message someone on the Admin team, or fill the contact form provided here. We can't wait to play on Bridlepath with you!

Members who do not comply with these rules may receive a warning, timeout, or ban at the discretion of the administrator.

• Each member may only have one main site account, and one forum account, as well as only one Discord account participating in the Bridlepath Discord server.
• Members may not utilise a second account in any way - this includes logging into a friend's account.
• Members must be thirteen (13) or older to join, as required by the ESRB rating for The Sims franchise.
• You may not trade Bridlepath money for non-Bridlepath transactions (ie. items on other sim communities).
